The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Secunderabad has officially released the Document Verification (DV) schedule for candidates shortlisted under CEN No. 03/2024. This recruitment includes various posts such as Junior Engineer (JE), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS), Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA), Chemical Supervisor (CS), and Metallurgical Supervisor (MS).
A total of 589 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification based on their performance in CBT-1 and CBT-2 examinations.

Instructions for Candidates Attending Document Verification
Upload scanned documents, photo, and signature on the RRB Document Verification Portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/ (Portal active from 18-07-2025 till your DV date)
Mandatory documents to carry for DV:
- Original certificates (with 2 sets of photocopies)
- 3 recent passport-size photos and 3 stamp-size photos
- CBT-1 & CBT-2 E-Call Letters
- Aadhaar card photocopy (both sides)
- ₹24/- cash for Medical Examination
- Visible identification marks (to be updated in the portal)
Be prepared to stay 3–4 days for Document Verification and Medical Examination

Block Dates for Absent Candidates
Candidates who miss their scheduled DV date can attend on the Block Date. Failing to appear on both dates will result in cancellation of candidature.
